International Shipping

Which countries can ARIZONAH ship to?

Coverage depends on current partner routes, origin, destination, product type and compliance requirements. Submit an international enquiry before tendering the package.

Which documents are required for international shipping?

Common requirements include a commercial or pro forma invoice, packing list, identity or company details, country-of-origin information, transport reference and any product-specific permit or certificate.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

The responsible party must be agreed before movement. Duties, taxes, brokerage, storage or inspection charges may not be included in the transport quote unless expressly stated.

Why can customs delay a shipment?

Customs may inspect goods, reassess value, request documents, require permits or wait for duties. ARIZONAH can coordinate information but cannot guarantee or override a customs authority’s release decision.

Can dangerous or restricted goods be shipped internationally?

Only where the route, carrier and law permit and prior approval is obtained. Batteries, chemicals, medicines, food, plants and other controlled goods may require specialist packaging, declarations and permits or may be refused.
