This Acceptable Use Policy protects customers, staff, delivery partners and the integrity of ARIZONAH™ digital and operational services.
1. Lawful and honest use
You may use the platform only for lawful logistics, account, support and integration activity. You must not submit false identities, false shipment descriptions, fabricated claims, misleading payment evidence or unauthorized recipient details.
2. Security abuse
You must not probe, scan, bypass authentication, intercept traffic, exploit vulnerabilities, obtain another person’s private booking link, automate credential guessing or interfere with availability. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly.
3. Uploads and communications
Photos, documents, support messages and API payloads must be relevant, lawful and free from malware. Do not upload abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, defamatory or privacy-invasive material.
4. API and automation
Respect scopes, rate limits, idempotency requirements and environment separation. Do not resell access, expose secret keys, forge webhook events, scrape personal information or use the API to bypass booking, payment, safety or compliance controls.
5. Brand and representation
Do not impersonate ARIZONAH, create confusing domains or apps, or claim partnership, accreditation or endorsement without written authorization.
6. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, block, suspend, investigate or terminate activity that violates this Policy. Serious conduct may be preserved and reported to payment providers, platform operators, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where lawful.
