These Terms and Conditions govern access to ARIZONAH™ Logistics websites, dashboards, booking tools, delivery services, pickup spots, payment options, support channels and partner APIs. By creating an account, requesting a quote, confirming a booking, tendering a shipment or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company and scope
“ARIZONAH,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the ARIZONAH Logistics operating entity identified on the applicable invoice, receipt, booking confirmation or corporate record. “Customer,” “you” and “your” include senders, recipients, account holders, business users and authorized API partners.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are estimates based on the information submitted, selected service, route, weight, dimensions, declared value, insurance, transport method and applicable promotions.
- A quote may expire and may be recalculated if shipment details, route conditions, taxes, partner charges or operational requirements change.
- A booking becomes accepted only when the platform issues a tracking number or written confirmation. Payment authorization alone does not guarantee acceptance of an ineligible shipment.
- You must provide accurate sender, recipient, address, contact, contents, value and handling information.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful ownership or authority to ship the goods, correct packaging, truthful declarations, safe access at pickup and delivery, and ensuring that the recipient is available or authorized to collect. You must not conceal restricted, hazardous, illegal, counterfeit or undeclared goods.
4. Packaging and condition
Items must be packaged to withstand ordinary handling, vibration, stacking and route conditions. ARIZONAH may refuse, repackage, hold or return a shipment that is unsafe, leaking, inadequately sealed, incorrectly labelled or materially different from the booking description. Photos recorded before pickup and during transit may form part of the shipment’s condition and chain-of-custody record.
5. Payments, wallet and charges
- Available payment methods may include hosted card checkout, bank transfer, wallet funds and cash on delivery where enabled.
- Card payments are treated as paid only after server-side verification from the payment provider.
- Bank transfers remain pending until verified against the stated reference and receiving account.
- Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on route, customer profile, shipment value and operational policy.
- Additional charges may apply for address correction, storage, redelivery, customs, duties, taxes, special handling, remote areas, excess weight, waiting time or return movement.
6. Delivery and timing
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a written service commitment expressly states otherwise. Weather, traffic, security incidents, customs, recipient availability, incorrect addresses, regulatory controls, partner-carrier events and force-majeure conditions may affect timing. We will use reasonable operational efforts to update tracking and communicate material exceptions.
7. Handoff and proof of delivery
Delivery may be confirmed through OTP, signature, identity check, recipient name, QR scan, collection code, location record, photo, branch handoff or another approved control. A person accepting at the stated address or presenting the required collection credential may be treated as authorized unless you provided contrary instructions before dispatch.
8. Cancellations, refunds and failed delivery
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the shipment stage, payment method, non-recoverable provider charges and work already performed. Failed delivery, return-to-sender, storage and redelivery may attract additional charges. The separate Cancellation, Refund and Claims Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Claims and liability
Claims must be submitted within the time stated in the applicable claims policy and supported by tracking details, condition photos, proof of value and other requested evidence. Liability is subject to applicable law, declared value, purchased protection, exclusions, packaging adequacy and any written service limit. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Accounts and security
You must protect passwords, private management links, API keys, OTPs and device access. Notify support promptly if credentials may be compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts where activity appears fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms, including while verification is pending.
11. Business and API use
API access is subject to assigned scopes, rate limits, environment restrictions and integration documentation. Partners must use idempotency controls, protect credentials, validate webhook signatures and avoid submitting personal data that is unnecessary for fulfilment. Automated activity must not degrade the service or bypass customer, payment or compliance controls.
12. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under the separate Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie Policy. Those documents are distinct from these commercial service Terms.
13. Intellectual property
ARIZONAH names, logos, interfaces, documentation and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public documentation and authorized API materials only for lawful integration with the service and may not falsely imply endorsement or ownership.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud risk, security concerns, unlawful activity, repeated operational abuse or regulatory instruction. Rights and obligations relating to payment, privacy, claims, intellectual property, audit and liability survive termination where applicable.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The effective date and version shown on this page identify the current published terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or registered contact channels.
16. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law or a written enterprise agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Customers should first use the support and complaint process so the operations team can investigate and attempt resolution. This does not remove any statutory right to seek redress before a competent authority or court.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@arizonah-logistics.com. Include the relevant tracking number, account email or business reference where applicable.
